Reading the information that was provided by Barbara was a real eye opener. It was evident by the anmount of research and clear reasoning ability that went into this project. I hope that Barbara Martin will continue to show leadership in the area of security and responsible journalism. Perhaps this type of ethical reporting could become the norm rather than the exception in the media.
ReplyDeleteCongratulations for the well earned award and keep up the good work. I'm proud to call you friend.
I have been a locksmith since about 1988-1989 a little over 20 years now.
ReplyDeleteThe locksmith scammers, are in my opinion, ruining the connotation of "HONOR" that has been associated with this trade for decades to centuries.
I have filed suit against 11 companies of scammers here in Phoenix and have identified that the individual responsible for modifying the google listings relating to my company in Phoenix and Bobby DeWeese's company in Maryland is a guy named RUSSELL KUTSENKO presently believed to be living in Miami.
I am desperately in need of legal help here as I am not a competent attorney and these scammers that are making millions nationwide can afford to hire attorneys. There is a donate button on my website, but more importantly, if anyone knows any attorneys in the Phoenix area that are "Do the right thing just because its the right thing to do" kind of people, I would greatly appreciate any referrals.
I filed bankruptcy in April 2010 and the most recent change to the foreclosure sale date of my house is 12/15/2010. I have several locksmith friends locally that have already lost their homes and moved their wives and children in with their parents. I know of one guy that has lost 2 shops as well. The multiple companies of scammers with their hundreds to thousands of telephone numbers are simply decimating the local legitimate locksmiths that have been doing business "the right way" for years.
I have recently learned (and become disgusted) that the federal "Communications Decency Act" (originally intended to protect children from porn) has been itself perverted to provide such entities as Google and Yahoo 100% immunity from all legal actions challenging false information on their websites. Once I complete the legal fight I may very well write a book on the subject.
Since you are in the journalism business I would appreciate it if you could help spread the word about my plight here and my ultimate goal is to be an integral part of a segment on such expose programs such as 60 minutes, Clark Howard's show, and any other widely viewed consumer education/assistance shows.
Please feel free to e-mail me or call me at 602-717-5397.
